Speculation

Speculation is the prerogative of all who experience time. It is not inherently bad or good like many other things. It is essential for all great men. While I do not explicitly believe in seeing the future, speculation is on the other hand a very versatile and handy tool. Speculation should be driven by information and a theoretical system. While to quantify it would take away its very purpose it should be regulated.
